The Chase Challenge Kindness Ball

I helped someone who was brand new and a bit lost. She needed a helping hand to become equipped with what she needed to do her job. She just needed someone to take interest in her and guide her without judgment. I saw her later in the day and she was walking around feeling confident and well equipped to do a great job.
